Love the idea for the Adventurer title too, and possibly something for the GW Beyond series. It would give an extra goal for those of us at endgame now, and is completely optional for those who prefer not to, or are not keen on titles.

Beastmaster would be great if it were not for the rainbow phoenix. You either need to have the z titile maxed ( and possibly an actual pvp title in addition) or people know me. This can take awhile especially for noobs. But I am totally for it as my ranger only needs a black widow.

While I wouldn't want more titles added to the game I could imagine a sort of achievement system to keep interest high and to encourage me to see new ways of playing.

I imagine it would basically just be a list of things you can do in the game. A personal list that you can't show in a title or brag with.

* Travel from Jaks bend to Temple of ages without stopping in an outpost
* Make the droks run from beacons
* Collect all the animals for your menagerie
* Have 10 different skins of a weapon (10 swords, 10 axes...) in your inventory at once.
* Have a full stack of sweet items
* attend to a Holiday finale

Something like that maybe. Some points would be quite easy and you would probably unlock them by accident while playing and some will require you to do something different then you normally do. For example I have never done the droks run because I have never felt the need for it. If the achievement was there I would push myself for this new challenge and see if I could do it.

Yes the achievement are just a vanity thing and "add nothing" to the game as people seem to be pointing out a lot here. Leave the titles as they are but the personal goals you can achieve shouldn't stop there

That's not viable, because pets are account-unlocked, like PvP and hero skills and PvP item upgrades, and there's packs to unlock all non-prestige ones, which is most of them.
